Eric has more than 10 years experience in finance, management, and administration. Much of his experience has been in investment and asset management ranging from private equity to microfinance. His expertise includes financial modeling, business process development, risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and credit management. Prior to joining Ionia in 2005, Eric held a position with a top rated investment advisory firm and most recently as director of operations for a hedge fund. He holds a bachelors degree in Economics.

For more than 12 years, Joe has been delivering technical solutions to solve complex business problems by blending a business analyst role with that of an enterprise architect. His expertise includes business process management, enterprise architecture and planning, application integration, systems analysis and design, and rapid application development. Prior to founding Ionia Corporation, Joe has held roles such as enterprise architect, tech lead, and senior information architect for such companies as Digitas, OneSource Information Systems, Elantix, and Mindshare Technologies. Joe holds a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.

Keith has been providing integration and process management solutions to clients for over 10 years. At the lead since the integration revolution first started taking off, Keith has provided solutions covering process flow, information aggregation, and rules based processing. He draws on his vast knowledge to provide answers and solutions to today's common business integration scenarios ranging from data transformation to application integration. Prior to founding Ionia, Keith consulted for many clients including: OneSource Information Services, Wyeth Pharmaceutical, Maxim Group, Renaissance, and Shelflink. Keith holds a degree in Management Information Systems and German from UMass Boston, is certified in Microsoft BizTalk, and is currently working on a Master in Information Sciences from Harvard University.

Director of Sales and Marketing

Jim heads the Sales and Marketing Team at Iona Solutions. He is responsible for all corporate sales and marketing business initiatives for both the Cloud Computing and Integration Practice Groups. He works closely with Ionia’s clients and prospects to identify their technology and business process needs and then crafts innovative solutions in concert with Ionia’s team of highly skilled consultants. He has more than 25 years of sales, marketing and consulting experience. He is the Founding Partner of The Endurance Group, a leading business development outsourcing and consulting firm. Prior to founding the Endurance Group, he was a management consultant at Arthur Andersen where he managed large valuation and underwriting projects on national real estate transactions for major clients including Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse First Boston and Tishman Speyer. Jim received a B.S. in Finance & Economics from the Stern School of Business at New York University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University.

Diego has been a part of the Ionia team since 2006. Before coming to Ionia, Diego worked as an Architect, managing projects ranging from a museum in Santiago, Chile, to residential and vacation homes across the United States from Massachusetts to Montana. His extensive background in architectural project management laid the strong foundation for his position as Project Manager at Ionia. Diego is a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator has more than 4 years experience as a Salesforce.com Analyst, Support Person and Trainer, including over 20 full life cycle implementations, and multiple clean up implementations. He makes recommendations and deployment decisions based on the real world experiences and knowledge gained as a Salesforce.com Power User and Product Consultant.

Mark Robinson
Lead Biztalk Architect

Mark has over 8 years of experience designing/implementing Microsoft based business solutions specializing in procurement, supply chain and manufacturing lines of business. He has demonstrated the ability to design, implement and support critical business systems as well as effectively gather requirements from key business sponsors. Mark’s specific focus is providing enterprise consulting services on Microsoft BizTalk Server. Prior to joining Ionia, Mark has experience in various roles such as lead systems administrator, senior programmer for Yankee Candle Company and Hartford Financial Services Group with emphasis on integration amongst disparate systems using Microsoft technologies. In addition to operating in lead technical roles, Mark has led teams in designing, implementing and supporting enterprise level applications.

Lead Sharepoint Architect

Jamie is an expert in Sharepoint and other Microsoft .NET-based systems and holds a master’s degree in Intensive C/C++ programming and a bachelor’s degree from UMass Boston. Prior to joining the Ionia team, he worked as a system architect consultant for JMTech Wizard, in Cambridge, MA, and a system architect for Glenn Appliance in Port Arthur, TX.
